Deus, qui ad majórem tui nóminis glóriam propagándam, novo per beátum Ignátium subsídio militántem Ecclésiam roborásti: concéde; ut, ejus auxílio et imitatióne certántes in terris, coronári cum ipso mereámur in cœlis.
O God, Who, to spread abroad the greater glory of Your name through St. Ignatius, strengthened the Church militant with new power; grant that we who are struggling on earth may, by his help and after his example, be found worthy to be crowned with him in heaven.

Caríssime: Memor esto, Dóminum Jesum Christum resurrexísse a mórtuis ex sémine David, secúndum Evangélium meum, in quo labóro usque ad víncula, quasi male óperans: sed verbum Dei non est alligátum. Ideo ómnia sustíneo propter eléctos, ut et ipsi salútem consequántur, quæ est in Christo Jesu, cum glória coelésti. Tu autem assecútus es meam doctrínam, institutiónem, propósitum, fidem, longanimitátem, dilectiónem, patiéntiam, persecutiónes, passiónes: quália mihi facta sunt Antiochíæ, Icónii et Lystris: quales persecutiónes sustínui, et ex ómnibus erípuit me Dóminus. Et dicebat illis: Messis quidem multa, operárii autem pauci. Rogáte ergo Dóminum messis, ut mittat operários in messem suam. Ite: ecce, ego mitto vos sicut agnos inter lupos. Nolíte portáre sácculum neque peram neque calceaménta; et néminem per viam salutavéritis. In quamcúmque domum intravéritis, primum dícite: Pax huic dómui: et si ibi fúerit fílius pacis, requiéscet super illum pax vestra: sin autem, ad vos revertátur. In eádem autem domo manéte, edéntes et bibéntes quæ apud illos sunt: dignus est enim operárius mercéde sua. Nolíte transíre de domo in domum. Et in quamcúmque civitátem intravéritis, et suscéperint vos, manducáte quæ apponúntur vobis: et curáte infírmos, qui in illa sunt, et dícite illis: Appropinquávit in vos regnum Dei.
At that time, the Lord appointed seventy-two others, and sent them forth two by two before Him into every town and place where He Himself was about to come. And He said to them, The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into His harvest. Go. Behold, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves. Carry neither purse, nor wallet, nor sandals, and greet no one on the way. Whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace to this house!’ And if a son of peace be there, your peace will rest upon him; but if not, it will return to you. And remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they have; for the laborer deserves his wages. Do not go from house to house. And whatever town you enter, and they receive you, eat what is set before you, and cure the sick who are there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God is at hand for you.’

Adsint, Dómine Deus, oblatiónibus nostris sancti Ignátii benígna suffrágia: ut sacrosáncta mystéria, in quibus omnis sanctitátis fontem constituísti, nos quoque in veritáte sanctíficet.
May the prayers of St. Ignatius be present with our offerings, O Lord God, that the most holy sacrament in which you placed the source of all holiness, may also make us holy in Your truth.

Laudis hóstia, Dómine, quam pro sancto Ignátio grátias agentes obtúlimus: ad perpétuam nos majestátis tuæ laudatiónem, ejus intercessióne, pérducat.
May the sacrifice of praise, O Lord, offered in thanksgiving in honor of St. Ignatius bring us, by his intercession, to the everlasting praise of Your majesty.
