Preparation:
Refrigerate for 1.5 hoursOn the Plate:

- Stir the butter until peaks form. Add the sugar and salt.
- Add the eggs and beat until the mixture is light in colour.
- Stir in the lemon zest, kirsch and flour. Bring the dough together, do not knead.
- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for approx. 1.5 hours.
- Shape the dough into nut-sized balls. Bake in portions in a buttered griddle until light brown.
