Rocket Pesto

A good combination of the bitterness of rocket and pine nuts. Quick to make and easy to store.

Grana Padano

Pine nuts (alternatively: cedar kernels)

Juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan. Meanwhile, wash the rocket.
  2. Den Grana Padano/Parmesan reiben.
  3. Chop all the ingredients together in a suitable blender/food processor. Season to taste with pepper, salt and lemon.
  4. Best served with spaghetti and a little more grated parmesan. (approx. 2-3 tbsp per person)
