Rocket Pesto
A good combination of the bitterness of rocket and pine nuts. Quick to make and easy to store.

- Toast the pine nuts in a pan. Meanwhile, wash the rocket.
- Den Grana Padano/Parmesan reiben.
- Chop all the ingredients together in a suitable blender/food processor. Season to taste with pepper, salt and lemon.
- Best served with spaghetti and a little more grated parmesan. (approx. 2-3 tbsp per person)
