Graham Crackers
- This quantity produces more than necessary for the crust. The rest can be used another time or served nicely cut out with tea/coffee.
- Mix all the ingredients up to and including the cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all the liquid ingredients.
- Add the liquid to the dry mixture and mix to a homogeneous mass.
- Place in cling film and chill in the fridge for ~1 hour.
- Dust with a little flour and roll out to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. Place on a baking tray in large slices. Prick holes generously with a fork.
- Bake at 160°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes or until crispy and leave to cool on a wire rack.
