- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Slowly stir in the oil in between.
- Then add the remaining ingredients (except the flour) to the mixture.
- Now stir in the flour.
- Pour the finished mixture into a greased and floured loaf tin and bake in the oven on the lowest shelf for 50-60 minutes.
