50-60min at 150 °C fan on

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Slowly stir in the oil in between.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients (except the flour) to the mixture.
  3. Now stir in the flour.
  4. Pour the finished mixture into a greased and floured loaf tin and bake in the oven on the lowest shelf for 50-60 minutes.
