Gorgonzola

- Make all the preparations to prepare gnocchi. This will take a large amount of time.
- When the gnocchi are ready to cook, melt the cheese with the cream in a small pan.
- Meanwhile, bring the water to the boil and cook the gnocchi in boiling water until they float (2-3 minutes)
- Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan, reduce a little and simmer.
