Gnocchi al Gorgonzola

Gnocchi in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Ideal for cold days.

Cream
150 g
Gorgonzola
1/2 tsp
Garlic, ground
Salt
Pepper, plenty
2 tbsp
Parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Make all the preparations to prepare gnocchi. This will take a large amount of time.
  2. When the gnocchi are ready to cook, melt the cheese with the cream in a small pan.
  3. Meanwhile, bring the water to the boil and cook the gnocchi in boiling water until they float (2-3 minutes)
  4. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan, reduce a little and simmer.
