White flour, wheat

Baking powder

Butter, room temperature

Lemon zest

45 min at 180 °C Top/bottom heat

Instructions

  1. Butter the tin and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the dough into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into the lamb tin and bake on a baking tray in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
  4. If the dough threatens to burn on top, cover with some aluminium foil.
  5. Once baked, remove the lamb from the oven and turn out of the tin. Leave to cool.
  6. When cool, cut straight at the base, dust with icing sugar and decorate with a flag.
