- Butter the tin and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
- Mix all the ingredients of the dough into a homogeneous dough.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the lamb tin and bake on a baking tray in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
- If the dough threatens to burn on top, cover with some aluminium foil.
- Once baked, remove the lamb from the oven and turn out of the tin. Leave to cool.
- When cool, cut straight at the base, dust with icing sugar and decorate with a flag.
