Instructions
- Make the gyoza wrappers as in the recipe, but cut out larger pieces (11-12 cm in diameter).
- Finely chop the spring onion and chilli. Finely grate the garlic and ginger (e.g. using a microplane) and mix with the mince.
- Add the sugar, soya sauce, cumin, white pepper and MSG.
- Cover the pastries with a heaped tablespoon of the filling, lightly moisten the pastries all round with water and close them.
- Steam for approx. 10 minutes.
- Serve with tomato chutney.
