Fenugreek seeds

Cashmiri chilli powder
25 g
Sweet paprika
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
1/2 tsp
Nutmeg
1 tsp
Dried ginger, ground

Instructions

  1. Roast all the ingredients in a pan until aromatic.
  2. These ingredients are best ground finely in a coffee grinder or mortar.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  4. Store in an airtight container, consume in ~3 months.
