Spaghetti Carbo­nara with Cream

Although not traditionally with cream, also very tasty with. Your grandma does not have to be a bike.

Grana Padano

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti until al-dente.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream and Grana Padano. Season well with pepper and add a little salt.
  3. Roughly dice the bacon and fry in a pan until crispy.
  4. When the pasta is almost cooked through, rinse it and return it to the pan.
  5. Add the egg mixture and stir constantly until it thickens slightly. Either add the bacon here or use it as a garnish.
  6. Serve with more Grana Padano grated on top.
