Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into equal-sized pieces. Season with salt and place in a large bowl to soak in water.
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small pan, remove the herb leaves from the sprigs and chop finely.
- Drain the tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Season with pepper.
- Pour the hot oil over the herbs.
- Rinse the spaghetti and keep some starch water on hand.
- Mix the spaghetti with the tomatoes and herbs. Add a little starch water and stir.
- Tear the mozzarella into smaller pieces and stir in.
