Olive oil
300 g
Tomatoes, various
130 g
Mozzarella
5 twigs
Thyme, fresh
5 twigs
Oregano, fresh
Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into equal-sized pieces. Season with salt and place in a large bowl to soak in water.
  2. Cook the spaghetti.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small pan, remove the herb leaves from the sprigs and chop finely.
  4. Drain the tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Season with pepper.
  5. Pour the hot oil over the herbs.
  6. Rinse the spaghetti and keep some starch water on hand.
  7. Mix the spaghetti with the tomatoes and herbs. Add a little starch water and stir.
  8. Tear the mozzarella into smaller pieces and stir in.
