60 g
Oat flakes
200 mL
Milk
1 tbsp
Sugar

Garnitur

1/2 tbsp
Sugar
1 pinch
Cinnamon or also gingerbread spice

On the Plate:

Instructions

  1. Put the rolled oats, milk and sugar in a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. When it boils, reduce the heat to low-medium and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until a thick slurry forms.
  3. Serve with a little extra sugar and cinnamon and cloves or gingerbread spice if available.
