White flour, wheat

Yogurt

Olive oil

Cumin

- Mix the dry yeast with the water and sugar in a bowl. Leave to activate for approx. 5 minutes.
- When the yeast is slightly foamy, place everything in a bowl and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
- Leave to rise in the oven with the light on for approx. 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Beat the dough together, divide into 8 portions and grind into round balls. Leave to relax for 10 minutes.
- Roll out thinly with a rolling pin and a little flour.
- Fry in a hot cast iron pan with a little oil on both sides.
