Anise, whole

Fennel seeds
2 g
Cloves, ground
2 g
Ginger, ground
4 g
Coriander, ground
2 g
Nutmeg, ground
8 g
Cinnamon, ground

On the Plate:

Instructions

  1. Optional: toast the whole spices in a pan (heavier ones first, lighter ones afterwards)
  2. Finely grind the unground spices in a mortar or coffee grinder.
  3. Mix everything together. Pack airtight and consume within ~3 months.
