- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
- In a bowl, mash the peeled bananas with a fork until homogeneous.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Pour into a buttered cake tin and flatten.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes.
- Leave to cool in the tin on a rack for a few minutes, then remove from the tin and leave to cool completely on the rack.
