Wild garlic pesto

Another wild garlic and pasta combination. Irresistible.

Ingredients

100 mL
Olive oil
75 g
Wild garlic
50 g
Parmesan
50 g
Pine nuts
1
Garlic clove
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper

On the Plate:

15 min

Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan.
  2. Grate the Parmesan and press the garlic clove.
  3. Wash the wild garlic leaves and dry them in a salad spinner or similar.
  4. Put everything in the blender and blend to the desired consistency.
  5. Serve with a pasta of your choice.
