- Toast the pine nuts in a pan.
- Grate the Parmesan and press the garlic clove.
- Wash the wild garlic leaves and dry them in a salad spinner or similar.
- Put everything in the blender and blend to the desired consistency.
- Serve with a pasta of your choice.
