Wild garlic butter

Perfect with a steak or on bread

150 g Butter

Ingredients

100 g
Butter, softened
50 g
Wild garlic

Garlic clove
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, dry it and chop it very finely.
  2. Crush the garlic and add it, then chop it very finely.
  3. Mix the wild garlic, garlic and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  4. To make rosettes, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with the appropriate nozzle, pipe onto baking paper and leave to cool in the fridge.
  5. Alternatively: place the butter on cling film and roll it into a round log.
