Instructions
- Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, dry it and chop it very finely.
- Crush the garlic and add it, then chop it very finely.
- Mix the wild garlic, garlic and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- To make rosettes, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with the appropriate nozzle, pipe onto baking paper and leave to cool in the fridge.
- Alternatively: place the butter on cling film and roll it into a round log.
