Instructions
- Cut the paneer into ~2 cm cubes.
- Press the garlic and grate the ginger and mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
- It is best to grill the cheese. Alternatively, you can also bake it in the oven.
- To do this, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Spread the panir on a baking tray at a distance from each other.
- Bake until lightly toasted as shown in the picture.
- Serve as a side dish with other grilled food. Alternatively, serve as a main course with lemon juice, a sauce such as cucumber raita and naan.
