10 min at 270 °C Ober-/Unterhitze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven with the pizza stone on the second highest shelf on maximum temperature top/bottom heat. At least 30 minutes, 1 hour is better.
  2. Knead the ingredients for the dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut in half and roll out thinly. Prick the surface to be coated with a fork to avoid creating too many bubbles.
  4. Spread with crème fraîche and sprinkle with onion half rings and diced bacon. Season with pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven until crispy.
  6. Chop the chives, sprinkle over the tarte flambée as required and serve.
