- Crush the spices (without the cinnamon stick) together with the peeled ginger in a mortar.
- Bring the water with the spices (including the cinnamon stick) to the boil in a pan. Add the black tea and leave to infuse on a low heat for approx. 3 minutes.
- Add the milk and bring to the boil. Filter through a sieve.
- Briefly clean the used pot and rinse with cold water.
- Pour the filtered liquid back into the pan and bring to the boil with the sugar. Serve.
