Baking:
15 min at 180 °C fan onInstructions
- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla sugar.
- Mix the flour and baking powder with the milk and butter and stir in these two ingredients alternately.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper measuring approx. 30 x 40 cm.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C fan on in the oven.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack. Then turn out.
Glaze
- Mix the ingredients for the icing, sift in the icing sugar and pour over the turned out cake.
- Decorate as desired, e.g. with coconut flakes and sugar sprinkles.
