Ginger, fresh
1/4 tsp
Turmeric

Juice of one lemon
100 mL
Water
1 tbsp
Honey
1 pinch
Cayenne pepper

On the Plate:

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, water, honey and cayenne pepper in a blender jug and puree for approx. 3 mins. until smooth. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve and pour into small shot glasses or small bottles.
