- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
- Place the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, water, honey and cayenne pepper in a blender jug and puree for approx. 3 mins. until smooth. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve and pour into small shot glasses or small bottles.
