Chickpeas, in water

Garlic clove

Cumin, ground
2 tsp
Coriander, ground
1 tsp
Sweet paprika
2 tbsp, heaped
Tahini
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
On the Plate:

- Mix the ingredients together, reserving the aqua faba from the chickpeas. Puree.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and optional lemon juice.
- If the consistency is too firm: add Aqua Faber and add a maximum of 1 tbsp of sesame or olive oil.
