Christina's Hummus

Directly from the dearest sister.

Portions:

approx. 400 mL

Ingredients

400 g
Chickpeas, in water
1
Garlic clove
2 tsp
Cumin, ground
2 tsp
Coriander, ground
1 tsp
Sweet paprika
2 tbsp, heaped
Tahini
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

On the Plate:

10 min

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together, reserving the aqua faba from the chickpeas. Puree.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and optional lemon juice.
  3. If the consistency is too firm: add Aqua Faber and add a maximum of 1 tbsp of sesame or olive oil.
