- Remove the butter and leave to soften if not already done.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Grate the parmesan and mix all the ingredients together.
- Cut the baguette in half and spread thickly with the garlic butter. Make sure that the entire cut surface is coated.
- Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes. The butter should bubble from the baking cheese. Cut into smaller pieces and enjoy.
