Garlic bread

Better than the frozen version

Ingredients

Baguette or similar white bread
100 g
Butter, soft
1 bunch
Parsle
6
Garlic cloves
20 g
Parmesan

Preparation:

8-10 min at 220 °C Top/bottom heat

Instructions

  1. Remove the butter and leave to soften if not already done.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
  3. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Grate the parmesan and mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Cut the baguette in half and spread thickly with the garlic butter. Make sure that the entire cut surface is coated.
  5. Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes. The butter should bubble from the baking cheese. Cut into smaller pieces and enjoy.
