Ingredients
200 g
Spaghetti, dry weight
30 g
Butter
3 tbsp
Ketchup
Parmesan cheese, grated
On the Plate:

- Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
- Strain the pasta and keep some of the water (~5 tbsp).
- Melt the pasta in the pan with the butter, removed from the heat, stirring constantly.
- Add the ketchup and mix until homogeneous.
- Serve with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
For an extra shot of nostalgia, overcook the spaghetti for a few minutes, but al-dente is also great.
