Dill, fresh (alternatively: 2 tbsp dill tips)

- Thinly slice the cucumber. A vegetable slicer would be best here.
- Salt the chopped cucumber pieces heavily and leave to rest in a sieve for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, mix the yoghurt with the finely chopped dill and the freshly pressed garlic clove.
- Mix with the drained cucumber slices and serve.
The bite of the garlic is very time-dependent. So you may want to press it 5-10 minutes before serving to give it a weaker bite.
