Ingredients

400 g
Carrots
1
Apple
2 tbsp
Apple or white wine vinegar
2 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
Pepper
Salt

On the Plate:

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Do the same with the apple.
  2. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil into a vinaigrette and stir well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
