Instructions
- Bring a small pan of water to the boil.
- Add the egg to the boiling water Reduce the heat to low to medium.
- Simmer for 7 minutes.
- Tip out the hot water and rinse the egg with cold water for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into an egg cup, decant and enjoy with salt.
