For an egg with a soft yolk but firm egg white. Simple really, but you never know...

Instructions

  1. Bring a small pan of water to the boil.
  2. Add the egg to the boiling water Reduce the heat to low to medium.
  3. Simmer for 7 minutes.
  4. Tip out the hot water and rinse the egg with cold water for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour into an egg cup, decant and enjoy with salt.
