White flour, wheat
20 g
Neutral oil

Water, lukewarm

- Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Shape into a round ball, brush with a little oil and cover with cling film.
- Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured kitchen towel. Take care not to make any holes. Roll out so thinly that you can see the kitchen towel through the dough.
- Cut off any thick edges with scissors so that the dough is completely thin.
- Once the desired filling has been placed in the strudel dough, fold it in on the left, right and bottom. Use the kitchen towel to roll up the strudel and manoeuvre it onto a baking tray.
