Pears, medium size
3 tbsp
Sugar

Water
3 tbsp
Cranberry jam
On the Plate:

- Peel and halve the pears. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut off the blossom remnants and stalks.
- Pour the water into a pan.
- Add the pears and sprinkle with the sugar.
- Simmer with the lid on for ~5 minutes. Larger pears will of course take longer, so feel free to extend to 10-15 minutes.
- Place the pears on a serving dish and fill the cavity with cranberry jam.
