- Cook the spaghetti in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into ~0.5 cm thick slices.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with oil. Cut the garlic into thin slices and add. Add the balsamic glaze. The aim here is to brown the mushrooms. When browned, add a little starch water.
- Thinly slice the basil leaves and add to the mushrooms.
- When almost ready, add the spaghetti to the mushrooms in the pan.
- Add the zest (grated) and juice of half a lemon. Grate in approx. 30 g of Parmesan and stir in the yoghurt.
- Finely chop the parsley and add.
- Serve sprinkled with the remaining Parmesan.
