Mushroom balsamic spaghetti

A nice and refreshing sour mushroom sauce

Ingredients

200 g
Chamignons

Garlic cloves

Balsamic glaze
180 g
Spaghetti

Lemon
6 leaves
Basil, fresh
5 twigs
Parsley, fresh
5-6 tbsp
Yoghurt
~50 g
Parmesan cheese, grated
Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into ~0.5 cm thick slices.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with oil. Cut the garlic into thin slices and add. Add the balsamic glaze. The aim here is to brown the mushrooms. When browned, add a little starch water.
  3. Thinly slice the basil leaves and add to the mushrooms.
  4. When almost ready, add the spaghetti to the mushrooms in the pan.
  5. Add the zest (grated) and juice of half a lemon. Grate in approx. 30 g of Parmesan and stir in the yoghurt.
  6. Finely chop the parsley and add.
  7. Serve sprinkled with the remaining Parmesan.
