Lemon tea

Ideal for a little vitamin C against flu or fever.

Adjust Amount:

Ingredients

Lemon
1 cm
Ginger, fresh (alternatively: 0.5 tsp ginger, dried)
1 tbsp
Peppermint, dry
2 tbsp
Sugar
1 L
Water

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon and cut into small pieces. Peel the fresh ginger and cut into thin slices.
  2. Put everything in a pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Leave to infuse for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Serve
