Chocolate, dark chocolate

Walnuts, ground

3 tbsp
Stroh 80 (Austrian Rum, alternatively any other rum)
On the Plate:

- Finely grate the chocolate.
- Mix everything into a homogeneous mixture.
- Cut into walnut-sized balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- Leave to dry overnight on a tray in the open air.
