Ingredients

100 g
Chocolate, dark chocolate
180 g
Walnuts, ground
160 g
Sugar
1
Egg white
3 tbsp
Stroh 80 (Austrian Rum, alternatively any other rum)

On the Plate:

1 day

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the chocolate.
  2. Mix everything into a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Cut into walnut-sized balls and roll in granulated sugar.
  4. Leave to dry overnight on a tray in the open air.
