Soup ☀️ Corn Chowder
Very refreshing with smoked paprika and lime.

Potatoes, starchy

Paprika, smoked

Instructions
- Cut the sweetcorn from the cobs and brown in a little oil in a pan for about 10 minutes.
- Finely dice the onion and add. Sauté until translucent.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes and finely chop the coriander stalks.
- Deglaze the pan with approx. 100 ml water and add the paprika and coriander.
- Squeeze the garlic cloves, slice the chilli and add.
- Wash but do not peel the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- Add the smoked paprika and mix well. Also add the cream cheese and mix in.
- Add the potatoes and vegetable stock and simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
- When the potatoes are cooked, puree half the amount in a blender.
- Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with fresh coriander and lime.
