Milk
3 tbsp
Sugar

Vanilla pod

Cream
1 tbsp, heaped

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla pod seeds to the boil. You can also boil the peel of the vanilla pod in this step.
  2. In the meantime, briefly whisk the eggs. Add the starch and cream and whisk again briefly.
  3. Stir the cream and egg mixture into the boiling milk with a whisk and bring to the boil briefly.
