Ingredients

1 pinch
Salt
50 g
Garlic
45 g
Lemon juice
200 g
Neutral oil (e.g., peanut)

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and finely puree with the salt in a food processor or similar. Depending on the food processor, it may be worth pressing the garlic through a garlic press beforehand.
  2. Now slowly add the oil and emulsify as for a mayonnaise.
  3. Then slowly emulsify the lemon juice.
