Instructions
- Peel the garlic and finely puree with the salt in a
food processor
or similar. Depending on the food processor, it may be worth pressing the garlic through a garlic press beforehand. - Now slowly add the oil and emulsify as for a mayonnaise.
- Then slowly emulsify the lemon juice.
